We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged Products: If your sign arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it at no cost.

• Misprints or Defects: If there is a printing error or manufacturing defect, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

• Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the incorrect sign, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct one promptly.

👉 Note: Because these are custom-printed products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or after use. All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We ship using UPS or USPS depending on your location and order size.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free within the continental U.S.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days for a replacement.
